Hybrid Resources (Pvt.) Ltd. (HRL) was established in May’2008. HRL has during its eleven year history developed into Sylhet regional leading predominately young–owned and managed real estate and housing company as a builders/ developers & implementers of Satellite City. HRL is a leading real estate developer and provider of eco friendly social housing in the country.
The company has grown organically by re-investing its earnings to fund the company’s growth.
One of HRL’s key focus areas the development of young talents and today two shareholders who hold 98.70% of the company’s shares-TRULY EMPOWERED.
The company is registered with the National Housing Authority, under the Ministry of Housing & Public Works, Govt. of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh. HRL has been registered with RJSC since its inception and remains in good standing.
